Types of Online Lab Testing

Metabolic Test Bundles:

We have put together some powerful test bundles to assess your metabolic health, which include all the basic tests that you would usually get during your yearly physicals plus other important test to screen for cardiovascular disorder, inflammation, thyroid, pancreas, etc.

Wellness Labs:

Comprehensive health assessments combining various tests. Includes tests for mitochondrial health, nutrient status, and more, supporting proactive health management and preventive care, especially the OAT tests, which are in line with the mitochondrial framework of health as taught in my holistic nutritional program.

Hormone Panels:

Once you order the tests online, the lab order will be reviewed and the test placed by a Rupa Health physician who is licensed in your local area.  That physician will monitor your labs and will contact you if you have any critical lab results.  Additionally, you will have access to your lab results on their system, where normal and optimal lab values are usually clearly specified. Afterwards, you may download your lab results and follow up with your personal primary providers, or you may choose to order an online session with us specifically for lab interpretation only, without creating any doctor-patient relationship.

Online Lab Testing - Frequently Asked Questions

Lab result turnaround time depends on various factors. The timing for each online lab testing result will be shown on the Rupa Health platform from which the labs are ordered. However, for in-clinic labs done at our location at McKenzie TN, please refer to specific instructions provided to you by our clinic staff; the rapid POS tests like Urinalysis, COVID-19, etc., may become available immediately.

Just click on the link at the top of this page that takes you to our online lab shop with Rupa Health, and purchase the options you need. The actual lab order will be reviewed and signed by a Rupa Health ordering physician in your area. Depending on the type of lab, you will either be sent a test kit by mail to collect your requested lab samples and mail back, or you will be connected with a lab testing location near you for your lab samples (such as urine, blood or stool) to be connected. The Rupa Health ordering physician will then monitor your lab and notify you of any critical results, if applicable.

Some lab tests, like the Basic Metabolic Panel, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, and Lipid Panel, may require fasting for about 12 hours before the test. For our Online Lab Testing with Rupa Health, all the Metabolic bundles do require fasting. Please adhere to the specific instructions that will be provided for each test by Rupa Health prior to sample collection.

All of our Occupational Health related lab tests and Drug Screens are collected and handled by our clinic, TrustyHealth. These have nothing to do with our partnership with Rupa Health, which only applies to the Online Lab Testing. All of our in-clinic labs and drug screens are done on-site by our staff and the results are handled separately through our TrustyHealth systems.
