Our approach, here at TrustyHealth, is not to replace the conventional medical care provided by your doctors, but we do encourage you to take better control of your health by embarking on our wellness programs, which will arm you with the knowledge and tools you need to improve your health outcomes, while still maintaining regular follow-ups with your primary care providers. We seek to empower your well-being with our comprehensive and trusted protocols.

Our Comprehensive Holistic Recovery program provides you with the knowledge and tools, and enabling environment to take control of your health and better handle your autoimmune condition through proper nutrition and lifestyle changes to help reduce flare-ups, boost your immune system, and improve your overall wellbeing.

We provide a guided online program that is completely self-paced and yet supportive in a way to help you maintain your health sovereignty. The program is organized in weekly modules for 7 weeks, however you will have 6 full months to learn, master and complete the program at your own pace. You will be provided two live online group Q&A sessions per month (10 total) for the entire 6 months as part of this program, as well as the opportunity to obtain one-on-one coaching, if needed. You can also join our membership program, which is renewable every year.
